Requirements
- Proven experience in the construction of plastic or sheet metal parts for the automotive industry, especially in the areas of: Cockpit, Interior Trims, Exterior trims, Closures, BiW
- Advanced knowledge of material properties and production technologies for plastic and sheet metal parts
- Excellent knowledge of the English language for professional technical communication (knowledge of German language is an asset)
- CATIA V5 knowledge
- Ability to lead technology and responsibility for complex decisions
- Innovative approach and ability to bring new technical solutions at a high level
- Excellent organizational skills and experience in leading technical teams
- Driver's license group B and willingness to work long-term in Belgium
