Location: Dagenham, Essex
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 + Flexible Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time (one shift only 12-9pm)

Main Duties:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of 2 supervisors and 20 operatives (with a view to expanding) to achieve outstanding results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and vision, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Design and implement an efficient warehouse layout for optimal space utilisation.

- Have a solid understanding of warehouse management and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Possess experience supervising the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System.
