Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
Design and develop comprehensive curriculum materials for computer science, computer engineering, and IT courses.
Ensure alignment with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Classroom Instruction:
Deliver egaging and interactive lectures, workshops, and practical sessions.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Assessment and Feedback:
Develop and administer assessments to evaluate students understanding and progress.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support continuous improvement.
Mentorship:
Mentor and guide students in their academic and career development.
Share industry insights and real-world experiences to enhance learning.
Required Skills:
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in computer science, computer engineering, and IT concepts.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc.
Communication Skills:
Clear and effective communication in English.
Ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
Educational Background:
Minimum of a Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Industry Experience:
Proven industry experience in computer science, computer engineering, or IT roles.
Adaptability:
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
