Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via various online communication channels, including email, chat, and social media, with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Issue Resolution: Efficiently address and resolve customer issues, such as flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, baggage concerns, and more, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Information Dissemination: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Delta Airlines services, policies, and procedures to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Proactive Assistance: Monitor online platforms to identify potential service disruptions or customer complaints, and take proactive steps to mitigate issues before they escalate.
Feedback Handling: Collect and relay customer feedback and suggestions to the relevant departments within the organization to drive continuous improvement.
