Job Description
- Skills/Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience in a technology project task-based role with a minimum 3 years' experience supporting various collaboration and productivity platforms. Similar platform experience will be considered.
- Engineering degree, certification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing technical teams and leading enterprise projects.
- Expert in Microsoft 365, Google Workspaces, MS Power Platform, Monday.com and APIs and Integrations
- Proficient with Box.com, Lucid, Slack, ChatGPT
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python.
- Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, and identity federation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical terms to layman s terms.
- Organized, with the ability to multi-task with excellent follow through.
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus among a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience and comfort in delivering presentations to senior leadership.
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a team and independently.
- Ability to travel globally if required.
- Schedule flexibility to work with partners in multiple global time zones.
- Willingness to learn and lead to resolve issues.
- Education
- Bachelor s degree in one of the following fields:
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Business Administration (with a strong IT or systems focus)
- Preferred Education & Certifications
- Master s degree in related discipline is advantageous
- Relevant certifications include:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer
- Google Workspace Administrator Certification
- ITIL Foundation or PMP for project and service management
