- Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver and stock Frito-Lay products at a variety of retail outlets including supermarkets, convenience stores, and discount retailers
- Operate a Frito-Lay delivery vehicle along designated routes and efficiently unload products
- Build positive relationships with store personnel to boost sales and execute product displays and promotions
- Monitor product rotation and uphold merchandising standards to ensure freshness and visual appeal
- Utilize handheld technology to track orders, manage inventory, and log delivery details
- Complete a structured 4–6 week training program covering delivery operations, merchandising, and sales techniques
- Provide coverage across different routes and adapt to various store formats as needed to support business objectives
- Required Skills and Experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and compliance with state-specific requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as part of a varied schedule
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in delivery driving, merchandising, retail, or customer service
- Proven ability to build in-store relationships and contribute to product sales growth
