- Support the Information Technology Telecommunications Help Desk in the Information Technology Center
- Assist the Manager of IT Billing & Telecom Help Desk in a team environment
- Answer and respond to Teldesk phone and email requests
- Create service orders in the billing and ticketing system
- Contact departments for service order authorizations
- Perform billing reconciliations
- Perform general office duties
- Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot and/or solve problems independently
- Critical thinking skills
- Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Excel
- Excellend written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data entry
- Experience with Customer Service
