About the position

Lead the execution of global email and notification campaigns.
Manage the end-to-end process from intake to deployment.
Champion experimentation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements.
Produce campaign performance reports and share actionable insights.
Advance operational excellence by evolving workflows and maintaining best practices.
Partner with data and engineering to enhance personalization and automation capabilities.

6+ years of experience managing localized email campaigns for a global brand.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including technical and regulatory requirements.
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zeta Global, Braze).
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript for email customization.
Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL on cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.
Solid understanding of audience segmentation, data workflows, and marketing automation.
Demonstrated ability to design A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Ability to adapt to constant change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager).
Experience with Tableau reporting.
Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.

Excellent team player.
BA/BS — preference for degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
