Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatch / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of service calls, while also providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is capable of multitasking with accuracy and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities:Dispatching:
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians, drivers, or field staff based on customer needs and availability.
  • Monitor field staff locations and job statuses to optimize route efficiency and response times.
  • Communicate job details, instructions, and updates to field personnel in real time.
  • Adjust schedules as needed due to cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
    Customer Service:
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding service requests, inquiries, or issues.
  • Provide accurate information about services, scheduling, and follow-up procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and deescalate as necessary.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM or dispatch software systems.
    Administrative Support:
  • Input and update job tickets, customer data, and service records.
  • Generate and send confirmations, invoices, or service reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, billing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
    Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or administrative support (industry experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    Required:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
