REMOTE Patient Customer Service Representative (Medical Exp) Outbound Patient Scheduling (Remote) FULLY REMOTE POSITION MEDICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED This is a Contract position that could go permanent Key Responsibilities β’ Make outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments for a medical offices β’ Confirm and update patient information in the scheduling system β’ Provide clear information regarding appointment details, preparation, and follow-up instructions β’ Handle patient questions or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary β’ Meet daily/weekly call volume and scheduling targets β’ Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduling outcomes Requirements β’ Minimum 1β2 years call center experience (medical scheduling experience a plus) β’ Strong phone communication and active listening skills β’ Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment with reliable internet and quiet workspace β’ Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software β’ Full-time availability, MondayβFriday Apply tot his job
