We are seeking a visionary and strategic HR Technology Roadmap Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive HR technology roadmap that aligns with AT&T's business objectives and HR strategy. Your goal will be to create a seamless and efficient employee experience that enhances operational efficiency and reduces costs. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, technology solutions, and a passion for driving organizational change.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Full Stack Solution Architect, your key responsibilities will include:

  • **Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development:**
  • + Develop a comprehensive HR technology roadmap that aligns with AT&T's business objectives and HR strategy.+ Identify opportunities to consolidate and streamline existing HR applications to enhance the overall employee experience.+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the vision, goals, and success metrics for the HR technology transformation.
  • **Technology Evaluation and Selection:**
  • + Conduct thorough assessments of current HR applications and identify redundancies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.+ Research and evaluate emerging HR technologies and trends to recommend the best solutions for AT&T.+ Lead the selection process for new HR technology vendors, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements for functionality, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • **Process Optimization:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • **Experience:** Proven experience (5+ years) in HR technology management, HRIS implementation, or a similar role.
  • **Skills and Competencies:**
  • + Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.+ Demonstrated experience in developing and executing technology roadmaps and strategies.+ Experience with ServiceNow and Workday is required.+ Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.+ Knowledge of emerging HR technologies and trends.
