About the Position: Key Responsibilities: • Collect trash and recycling items from residents' doors within assigned apartment communities. • Transport collected items to the property compactor using an open bed pick-up truck. • Provide excellent customer service and represent the Valet Living brand positively. • Ensure timely completion of collection duties within the scheduled hours. Requirements: • Must have a smartphone with a data plan. • Must possess an open bed pick-up truck for transporting trash items. • Valid driver's license is required. • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. • Must be able to climb stairs and walk distances.
