Brilliantly Clean is an eco-friendly house cleaning company with a strong local reputation for quality and care. We’re hiring a friendly, organized, and self-motivated part-time sales representative to help us grow our recurring client base.
- Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Convert one-time cleaning clients into recurring customers
- Reach out to past clients and follow up on quotes
- Log activity in Go High Level
- Answer questions clearly and helpfully
- Requirements:
- Must live in Washington State
- Strong communication skills (phone/text/email)
- Organized and tech-comfortable (we use Slack, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Schedule:
- 10–12 hours/week
- 1–2 hours/day Monday–Friday (between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.)
- 1 weekend hour (flexible)
- Pay:
- $20–22/hour (based on experience)
- Monthly performance bonuses (in addition to hourly pay)

- Remote (WA only)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
