- *Responsibilities**
As our Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Daily management of Sunny's world, including overseeing her daily, weekly, and quarterly commitments, and ensuring she's prepared and organized for all responsibilities
- Strategic alignment with EOS methodology, understanding the big picture and how departmental needs intersect, and taking detailed notes, organizing priorities, and distributing action items to maintain alignment
- Idea intake and execution, capturing, prioritizing, and developing actionable plans for Sunny's ideas, ensuring they align with operational standards, and following through on projects to ensure satisfaction with end results
- Email, calendar, and travel management, taking charge of Sunny's schedule, prioritizing emails, and taking action on her behalf where appropriate, coordinating travel logistics, and managing expense tracking and AMEX receipts for a seamless experience
- Event planning and logistics, owning the full scope of planning and logistics for in-person events, including the annual company retreat, client meetings, marketing events, conferences, and awards, managing all details, from catering to shipping, with full-circle accountability to ensure quality and follow-up
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a fast-growing, scaling business
- Experience working directly with entrepreneurs, visionaries, and/or CEOs
- Small to mid-sized business experience
- Proven experience in process creation and implementation, showcasing strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- College degree, preferably with coursework relevant to business, marketing, or healthcare
- Familiarity or experience in marketing and healthcare sectors
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Background in marketing
- Business degree
- Certifications in project management or similar fields
- Client services experience
- Interest in mission-driven organizations, volunteering, or philanthropy, indicating involvement in community-focused initiatives
- *Desired Qualifications**
- Direct marketing experience in the healthcare industry
- Marketing-related education (e.g., minor, certifications, specialized coursework)
- Based in the Philadelphia/New Jersey area
- *Work Environment**
This role is primarily remote, but may require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. You'll need to manage a quiet, ergonomic workspace with reliable internet access.

- *Salary Range**
The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
