Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Fiber Optic Technician to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Fiber Optic Technician, you'll be responsible for installing and maintaining customer satellite equipment, providing top-notch customer support, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper functionality of customer satellite equipment through installation and maintenance services.
- Provide thorough and informative customer support, ensuring that customers understand the features and functions of our services.
- Verify and ensure that customer equipment is fully operational before proceeding with installations.
- Conduct installations in diverse settings, including buildings, lofts, subterranean areas, and low-height spaces.
- Use office computers to access and finalize customer requests.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
- Transport company vehicles to assigned job sites.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A valid driver's license suitable for the vehicle being operated.
- The ability to work autonomously and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Openness to working non-traditional hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Adherence to all mandatory drug tests, safety inspections, and physical prerequisites.
- The ability to meet physical prerequisites, including the capacity to lift weights of up to 80 pounds.
- A technical background is desirable for this position.

Compensation Package
The compensation package includes a base salary range of $25.56 to $28.03 per hour, as well as bonus incentives and benefits.
