Part-time Banquet Bartender Position Overview
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
To deliver exceptional beverage service to valued patrons in a professional and courteous manner, aligning with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly read and comprehend all particulars of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Beverage Daily Assignments
- Efficiently set up and break down all bar supplies for events based on BEO specifications
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards guests, colleagues, and management
- Adhere to established uniform and grooming standards
- Ensure accurate and complete paperwork at the end of each shift
- Promptly communicate any challenges, guest complaints, or requests to supervisors
- OBSERVE ALL SAFETY PROCEDURES DURING THE EXECUTION OF ASSIGNED DUTIES
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Past experience as a professional bartender
- Familiarity with common drinks recipes memorized
- Sufficient knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and basic sanitation required
- Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal), and mathematical skills
- Bending and lifting required - up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
