As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of calls from customers on behalf of our client, providing customer service support and offering additional products and services on every eligible call.
  • Assisting customers with power outage issues, making payments, creating payment plans, or starting/ending service.
  • Offering customers the opportunity to purchase programs for surge protection, home wiring, and water heater repairs.
  • Working closely with our clients to resolve issues and drive growth.
  • Meeting program goals around phone time, customer experience, sales, and other key performance indicators.
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • **Prior Recent Experience**: At least one year of experience working as an inbound customer service agent, with a strong upselling/cross-selling component.
  • **Verifiable Experience**: Your experience must be verifiable, with a clear record of achievements and results.
  • **Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • **Technical Savvy**: Ability to easily learn and navigate multiple screens and enter data while engaging in conversation with customers.
  • **Time Management Skills**: Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong time management skills and the ability to meet various program goals.
  • **Solid Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
