This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining packaging documentation, including packaging specifications, artwork, and labeling. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement packaging strategies that drive business results and meet our customers' needs * Gather and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement * Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement packaging solutions * Create and maintain packaging documentation, including packaging specifications, artwork, and labeling * Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with packaging regulations and standards * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including packaging suppliers, vendors, and internal teams * Analyze and interpret data to inform packaging decisions and drive business results * Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs * Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement packaging training programs **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as packaging, marketing, or business * 4+ years of experience in packaging or a related field * Proven track record of developing and implementing effective packaging strategies that drive business results * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform packaging decisions * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities * Experience with packaging software and systems, including packaging design and simulation tools * Strong knowledge of packaging regulations and standards, including FDA and USDA regulations **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a related field, such as packaging, marketing, or business * 6+ years of experience in packaging or a related field * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong knowledge of data analysis and interpretation, including statistical analysis and data visualization * Experience with packaging design and simulation tools, including CAD software and 3D printing * Strong knowledge of packaging regulations and standards, including international regulations and standards **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform packaging decisions * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities * Experience with packaging software and systems, including packaging design and simulation tools * Strong knowledge of packaging regulations and standards, including FDA and USDA regulations * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong knowledge of data analysis and interpretation, including statistical analysis and data visualization * Experience with packaging design and simulation tools, including CAD software and 3D printing **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Target, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
