Job Overview As a Customer Experience Chat Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, engaging in online conversations with customers and representing our automotive dealer clients in a favorable manner. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our clients' products and services. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
