Job Summary: Join Georgetown Learning Centers as a Part-Time Online Professional Tutor and make a difference in students' lives! We're seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to provide one-on-one instruction, develop organizational and study skills, and teach verbal and math SAT skills to middle school and high school students. As a part-time tutor, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a rewarding and challenging experience. Key Highlights: • Location: Remote (work from home) • Schedule: Flexible, part-time schedule with weekend and evening availability preferred • Compensation: $30-40 per hour, based on experience and academic subjects covered • Start Date: Immediate openings available Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one instruction to middle school and high school students • Develop organizational and study skills • Teach verbal and math SAT skills • Cover a variety of academic subjects, with high competency in subject material • Serve as a role model and mentor to students Requirements: • Bachelor's degree from a top college or university • Strong academic performance, especially in math and science fields (GPA of 3.0 or above) • Experience working with kids in a tutoring and test preparation setting • Excellent problem-solving skills and independent work ethic • Great interpersonal and communication skills • Extensive previous teaching or tutoring experience required • Comfort with Statistics, Physics, and/or Calculus preferred What We Offer: • Flexible work from home options • Competitive hourly rate ($30-40) • Opportunity to make a difference in students' lives • Dynamic and supportive work environment Take the Next Step: Ready to join our team?
