Job Description
We’re hiring full-time video editors who live and breathe UFC/MMA. You’ll craft fast, high-energy highlight edits, story-driven reels, and social packages that match the intensity of combat sports. Adobe After Effects is a must. What you’ll do • Edit short/long-form UFC/MMA highlights for social & YouTube (cuts, pacing, story arcs). • Build AE motion graphics: lower-thirds, kinetic text, punch callouts, score/round slates, transitions. • Sync edits to commentary, SFX, and beats; optimize for retention and thumb-stop moments. • Follow briefs and client notes accurately; iterate quickly with feedback. • Organize project files, proxies, assets, and deliverables to spec. Must-have skills • Adobe Premiere Pro (advanced) • Adobe After Effects (advanced; non-negotiable) • Strong grasp of UFC/MMA rules, styles, and fighters • Storytelling & pacing for social (Reels/Shorts) and YouTube • Asset prep: codecs, aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), export presets Nice to have • DaVinci Resolve (color), Photoshop/Illustrator, audio cleanup (RX), thumbnail design • Experience with sports channels, fight highlights, or creator brands Tools & workflow • Adobe CC, Google Drive, Frame.io (or similar), Slack/Discord/WhatsApp for comms • Stable internet (please share a quick speed test screenshot in the form) What we offer • Remote, full-time roles with consistent workload • Growth via recurring brand series, feedback loops, and advanced AE templates • Performance bonuses on milestones/high-impact campaigns How to apply Fill the Google Form: Please include: • Portfolio link • One UFC/MMA highlight edit you’ve made (YouTube/Drive) • AE motion sample (kinetic text/overlays) • Availability & expected monthly salary Equal Opportunity We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
