FULLY REMOTE POSITION - LAND DEVELOPMENT 4-20+ YEARS EXPERIENCE NEEDED! LVI is representing a full-service engineering consultancy firm that is committed to delivering innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions. This firm serves clients across energy, industrial, commercial, and real estate sectors with a focus on environmental compliance and site development. This firm has been working on a lot of projects across Virginia and Maryland within land development, renewable, and data centre projects. This firm is looking for experienced land development engineers who are open to a fully remote position. Whether you have extensive experience in design, project management, and business development. Requirements: ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. ā¢ PE license ā¢ 4 to 20+ years of experience in land development, site design, or related engineering field. ā¢ Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. ā¢ Strong knowledge of Virginia or Maryland land use regulations and permitting processes. ā¢ Excellent communication, project management, and client relationship skills. ā¢ MUST have Virginia or Maryland experience.
