They are seeking a Founding Partner with a strong sports background to drive business development and market expansion, while also making a capital investment. Responsibilities • Invest: Provide a minimum capital contribution to accelerate product and market expansion. • Open Doors: Introduce BrandPulse AI to key contacts in clubs, leagues, agencies, brands, and investors. • Shape Strategy: Influence product roadmap, pricing models, and go-to-market plans. • Drive Growth: Help close pilots, convert early adopters into paying customers, and expand traction. • Lead Commercial Partnerships: Support sponsorship sales, athlete engagement, and agency adoption. • Amplify Visibility: Represent BrandPulse AI at sports, media, and tech industry events. • Scale Fundraising: Earn commissions on future funding rounds you help secure. • Generate Revenue: Earn commissions on commercial deals and sponsorship revenue streams you help unlock. • Be a Builder: Co-create the foundation for growth—our playbook for expansion into NIL, esports, and global markets. Skills • Investment range starting at around $25K required. • Equity starting at 25%, proportional to investment + generous commission. • Strategic mindset and network to accelerate go-to-market and partnerships. • Passion for sports, media, or entertainment innovation. • Interest in shaping the new global standard for sponsorship valuation. • Willingness to engage as a strategic advisor, partner, or board member. • Experience in brand sponsorship, media, or live events (bonus).
