Company Description 1099 Construction Estimator-Contractor Insurance Required Role Description
This is a remote Construction Estimator role location from your home. Across all CSI trades Residential & Commercial. We are taking resumes and adding professionals to our work proccesses. Training provided in softwares. The Estimator will work closely with project teams to analyze project requirements, prepare accurate bolthires estimates, review proposals, and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors. The role will involve evaluating project drawings, specifications, and client requirements to determine budgets, materials, and timelines.
Additionally, the Estimator will prepare comprehensive reports and ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations. Subcontractor Estimators & General Contractor Estimators. Qualifications • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in preparing bolthires estimates • Familiarity with project budgeting and construction specifications • Proficiency in project management tools and software • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills • Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative team environment • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered • Industry knowledge, market trends, and vendor relationship experience are a plus • Hands on in field construction work experience a plus Apply tot his job
