The Regional Talent Partner (Recruiter) will facilitate excellent hires by managing the full life cycle of recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Responsibilities β’ Partner with assigned region to conduct the full life cycle of recruiting based on the needs of the hiring manager; β’ Provide project management assistance in collaboration with Talent Leaders; β’ Continuously improve the online presence of Bethany's job postings across various job boards; β’ Assist hiring managers with creating the candidate search strategy; β’ Actively recruit top talent through sourcing, cold calling, emailing, and other forms of outreach for difficult to fill positions; β’ Source and screen incoming resumes and application through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to recommend top candidates; β’ Collaborate with the hiring manager to identify potential candidate pools for top talent in their geographical regions; β’ Develop candidate pipelines for strategic positions within the organization; β’ Partner with Branch Directors to screen, and source talent for new and growing programs or contracts; β’ Address and maintain the HR support tickets that include but not limited to job postings, job assessments, talent documentation, job board assistance, and background checks; β’ Initiate the onboarding process for new hire within the HRIS system, ensuring a smooth handoff to the hiring manager for orientation and training; β’ Conduct new hire outreach calls to new employees to ensure they have been on-boarded successfully and have what they need to perform their essential job functions; β’ Perform occasional travel to assigned region for strategic planning, partnership development, and local area networking; β’ Participate in HRβs cross-training initiative, strategic planning efforts, and process improvement, as needed; β’ May assist the Regional Talent Partner Team in developing strategies to source candidates; β’ Stay abreast of all agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements related to Foster Care, Licensing, and State Adoption; β’ Essential job responsibilities may vary based on the specific needs of each program/department; β’ Complete other duties as assigned. Skills β’ At least one (1) year of experience performing the full life cycle of recruiting β’ Must have an ability to facilitate behavioral-based interview questions β’ Must have a demonstrated passion for customer service and highly organized β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β’ Must be reliable with time sensitive deadlines and tasks β’ Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite β’ Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience in the U.S. to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany β’ Must pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate coverage β’ Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries β’ Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Commitment to Unity β’ At least two (2) years of social work experience in a child welfare agency preferred β’ LinkedIn and Indeed candidate sourcing experience Education Requirements β’ Bachelorβs level degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college preferred Company Overview β’ Bethany Christian Services is a non-profit organization that offers adoption, foster care and supports vulnerable kids and families.
