Seasonal Application Reader

Suffolk University is seeking a Seasonal Application Reader to join our Law Admission team. Reporting to the Dean of Admission, the reader will be expected to do the following in this role: • Responsible for the timely and accurate evaluation of approximately 800-1,200 JD applicants, and issuing recommended admission decisions • Communicate with Dean of Law Admission to complete application files All reading is web-based and completely remote. Outside readers are expected to commit to 10-15 hours per week. Training will be provided. Employment would begin in October 2025 and end April 30, 2026. Requirements/Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree Required • Prior experience in higher education, specifically admissions file review, preferred. • Previous experience using a CRM (Unite experience a plus) • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict, frequent deadlines. • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. • Must have a secure PC with access to high speed internet in a private location.
