They are seeking a Key Account Director who will be responsible for developing strategic business plans, engaging healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth in the oncology sector. Responsibilities β’ Develop account strategy and plans to deliver sales results. β’ Identify opportunities and strategies to improve the positioning of products at a local level. β’ Engage HCPs in dialogue about approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles and treatment protocols to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients. β’ Establish and maintain ongoing, long-term collaborative relationships with stakeholders. β’ Deliver plans and achieve sales goals on budget. Skills β’ Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharma-Commercial, pre-launch launch and post-launch of products. β’ Must have extensive experience in oncology product Sales. β’ Extensive knowledge and experience in Oncology and biologics, biosimilars and the full life cycle of product launch and post launch. Education Requirements β’ Bachelorβs Degree required in business or related field. β’ Advanced degrees, MBA, MS in business or related field is a plus.
