They are seeking a Key Account Director who will be responsible for developing strategic business plans, engaging healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth in the oncology sector. Responsibilities β€’ Develop account strategy and plans to deliver sales results. β€’ Identify opportunities and strategies to improve the positioning of products at a local level. β€’ Engage HCPs in dialogue about approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles and treatment protocols to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients. β€’ Establish and maintain ongoing, long-term collaborative relationships with stakeholders. β€’ Deliver plans and achieve sales goals on budget. Skills β€’ Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharma-Commercial, pre-launch launch and post-launch of products. β€’ Must have extensive experience in oncology product Sales. β€’ Extensive knowledge and experience in Oncology and biologics, biosimilars and the full life cycle of product launch and post launch. Education Requirements β€’ Bachelor’s Degree required in business or related field. β€’ Advanced degrees, MBA, MS in business or related field is a plus.
