The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy to support the company's fast-growing operations, focusing on HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent while enhancing engagement and performance. Responsibilities β€’ Partner with the Head of Culture and business leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals. β€’ Anticipate workforce needs and ensure recruitment, retention, and development plans support current and future business growth. β€’ Drive initiatives that enhance engagement, productivity, and career development across all teams. β€’ Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, team member relations, and compliance. β€’ Ensure smooth onboarding for all new hires (employees and contractors), fostering strong integration into HelpGrid’s culture and values. β€’ Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with policies, contractor agreements, and legal requirements. β€’ Support compensation reviews, benchmarking, and pay structure adjustments to maintain fairness and competitiveness. β€’ Collaborate with the Head of Culture on engagement, recognition, and well-being programs. β€’ Act as a trusted resource for team members, handling inquiries and resolving workplace issues with fairness and professionalism. β€’ Lead initiatives that strengthen communication, trust, and connection across distributed teams. β€’ Strengthen workforce analytics and reporting to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership. β€’ Leverage HRIS and analytics tools to inform decisions around hiring, retention, and performance. β€’ Mentor and guide HR team members, promoting professional growth and ownership of operational tasks. β€’ Act as a bridge between strategic HR planning and real-world business execution. Skills β€’ Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner, ideally within a SaaS company or high-volume operations environment. β€’ Strong understanding of global HR practices, with the ability to adapt across different cultural and legal contexts. β€’ Demonstrated ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution. β€’ Proficiency in HRIS systems, workforce analytics, and reporting tools. β€’ Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, particularly with globally distributed teams. β€’ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. β€’ Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Empathetic leadership style with a passion for people and culture. β€’ Ability to influence and gain trust at all levels of the organization. β€’ A growth mindset and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
