Responsibilities β’ Work hands-on with Python, PySpark, and Databricks to process and analyze large datasets. β’ Develop, refine, and deploy models and dashboards that guide strategic and financial decisions. β’ Apply statistical methods, forecasting, and machine learning to understand customer behavior. β’ Support cross-functional initiatives by delivering insights that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes. β’ Embrace a collaborative culture rooted in humility, curiosity, and impact. β’ Learn while doing, applying best practices in data science in real-time business scenarios. Skills β’ 0β3 years of experience in data analysis, modeling, or related roles. β’ Proficiency with statistical software and database query languages. β’ Experience with Python data libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib). β’ Knowledge of PySpark and cloud-based data environments. β’ Familiarity with statistical frameworks including frequentist and Bayesian methods, forecasting, causal inference, and NLP. β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions. β’ Proficiency with version control systems is preferred. Education Requirements β’ Masterβs degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent hands-on experience. β’ PhD in a quantitative field is a plus.
