They are seeking a Senior UX/Product Designer to lead the design of AI-driven clinical interfaces, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical experts to create intuitive workflows and enhance user experience. Responsibilities β’ Lead the end-to-end design process for complex AI-driven clinical interfaces, from discovery to prototyping to polished delivery β’ Create intuitive workflows and data displays that simplify deep clinical record review β’ Design horizontal, canonical UX components that scale across the product landscape β’ Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and clinical experts in fast-moving product pods β’ Contribute to and help evolve our growing design system β’ Conduct lightweight usability testing and incorporate feedback quickly β’ Translate ambiguous product opportunities into clear, actionable UX work β’ Use Figma to prototype, test, and iterate frequently and efficiently β’ Make decisions based on real user behavior, team input, and product performance data β’ Present and communicate your design rationale clearly in design critiques and team discussions Skills β’ 5+ years of UX/product design experience with at least 2 years owning end-to-end product areas β’ 2+ years experience in healthcare or healthtech (RCM, EHR, billing, charting, or transcription tools strongly preferred) β’ Proven success designing for expert users and data-heavy workflows β’ Experience working on complex B2B products, ideally in regulated or high-stakes environments β’ Strong visual and interaction design skills, with the ability to simplify complexity β’ Bias for action, able to generate momentum and results in uncertain or fast-changing environments β’ Ability to form strong product opinions and defend them with clarity and evidence β’ Experience running lean product discovery and usability validation β’ Comfort collaborating directly with engineers and shipping in agile or hybrid product environments β’ Experience building or contributing to a design system β’ Experience with data visualization (e.g., charting libraries, dashboard UI, clinical or operational metrics) β’ Startup or early-stage product experience β’ Prior work at healthcare analytics, AI, or tooling companies (e.g., Palantir, Flatiron, Epic, etc.) Benefits β’ Medical, Dental & Vision β Comprehensive plans with leading insurance providers, covering 90-100% of your premiums and 70-90% for dependents, depending on the plan. β’ One Medical Membership β Free membership included if you enroll in a SmarterDx medical plan. β’ Paid Parental Leave β Generous paid leave to support families through birth or adoption: Up to 12 weeks for birthing parents and 6 weeks for non-birthing parents. β’ Remote-First Team β Work from anywhere in the U.S. with a $400 home office reimbursement stipend. β’ Unlimited PTO & 10 Holidays β 4 of which include floating holidays so you can recognize the days that matter most to you. β’ Learning & Development Budget β $500 per year (prorated) for courses, books, and resources to expand your skills. β’ 401(k) with Traditional & Roth Options β Tax-advantaged retirement savings through Empower. β’ Minimal Bureaucracy β A fast-moving, high-impact environment where you can focus on what matters. β’ Incredible Teammates! β Work alongside smart, supportive, and mission-driven colleagues.
