Being full-service, we handle everything from marketing and content creation to logistics and 24/7 customer service. Overview: Reporting to our Director of Marketing, the paid media specialist is a client-facing role overseeing campaigns on behalf of our clients with a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate will be building strategies and managing media across a range of digital marketing channels, and tracking responses and reporting success to clients. You must be a professional marketer who is smart, organized, creative, dynamic and bursting with ideas to test out. Responsibilities: ● Create and manage Amazon campaigns (Amazon-owned channels on and off , including all sponsored ads types, display ads, OTT, Amazon Affiliates, etc.) and utilize different marketing levers to drive overall growth for our partners. ● Manage your media spend across your accounts to ensure you are working within approved budgets and/or ROI parameters – your main KPIs are: β—‹ ACoS and TACoS. β—‹ Overall brand growth relative to ad sales. β—‹ Keep spend at monthly budgets. β—‹ Utilization – appropriate billable time logged on brand’s accounts. ● Troubleshoot marketing-related Amazon issues as they arise. ● Provide in-depth ad hoc analysis and end-of-month reporting. ● Research competitive landscape and keywords, and provide actionable strategic recommendations for client marketing plans. ● Partner with the content team on campaigns which require designs and copywriting. ● Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure work is delivered on time and within budget. Requirements: β€’ Fluent in English β€’ 3-5+ years’ experience in all Amazon ad types and bid models. β€’ Certified in Amazon Ads. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. β€’ Able to set up and manage multiple ad campaigns simultaneously – experience of bid management tools a plus. β€’ Ability to effectively communicate trends from advertising data to non-advertising teams. β€’ Capable of interfacing with remote team to coordinate projects and tasks. β€’ Think outside the box to solve problems. β€’ Data-driven, proficient in using tech tools to optimize your work. β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Experience of working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple client accounts. β€’ Ability to remain energetic, responsive, and enthusiastic in a remote work environment. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with remote team members. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
