Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Full Spectrum is a growing ABA agency dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. They are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant who will primarily support the team remotely and also serve as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in person, making this a unique hybrid role. Responsibilities β’ Provide day-to-day administrative support to the clinical team β’ Manage schedules, session coverage, and staff communications β’ Assist with documentation, data entry, and file organization β’ Support client intake, insurance paperwork, and HR onboarding tasks β’ Assist with billing through the clearinghouse β’ Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision β’ Collect accurate data and maintain client safety and engagement β’ Communicate with the supervising BCBA about client progress and session notes Skills β’ Prior administrative experience required (ABA admin experience is a plus!) β’ ATLEAST 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities, preferably in ABA or special education settings β’ RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days β’ Broward county public school badge or willingness to obtain within 30 days β’ Strong organizational and multitasking skills β’ Reliable, professional, and comfortable shifting between admin and clinical duties β’ Must have reliable transportation for therapy assignments β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills Benefits β’ Flexible schedule Company Overview β’ Full Spectrum Software is a software company which provides software solutions to healthcare industry.
