Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is a recruitment agency seeking a seasoned Scrum Master for a large insurance company. The role focuses on coaching Agile best practices across three Scrum teams and facilitating their Agile journey. Responsibilities • Coach and mentor three Scrum teams on Agile principles and best practices • Facilitate daily standups, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions • Partner with Tech Leads, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to drive Agile maturity • Help define foundational processes for Scrum Master operations across teams • Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Assist in the transition from DevOps to Jira (Jira experience is a plus) Skills • Scrum certification or equivalent Agile training • Demonstrated experience coaching teams new to Agile • Strong facilitation, communication, and change management skills • Experience in modern digital or tech-forward environments is a plus • Jira experience is a plus Benefits • Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan • Dental/vision/term life package • Discount prescription program • Critical illness • Accident • Tele-behavioral health • 401(k) plan • Sick leave is provided to Candidates whose assignment work location is in a state or city subject to sick leave laws. • A Minimum Value (MV) PPO medical plan • Employee Stock Purchase Plan • Paid holiday eligibility are based on length and dates of service.
