They are seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to develop and execute a growth strategy, establish a reputable brand, and create a self-sustaining growth pipeline through multi-channel marketing campaigns. Responsibilities β’ Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, affiliate/community) with clear KPIs and lead acquisition targets. β’ Developing and curating impactful content (blogs, emails, guides, social media) to guide parents from awareness to enrollment. β’ Establishing and expanding affiliate and parent-ambassador programs to consistently generate qualified leads. β’ Managing the quarterly marketing calendar, objectives, and KPI framework, while reporting on outcomes and enhancements. β’ Evaluating channel effectiveness, experimenting with messaging/offers, and optimizing ROI each cycle. Skills β’ 4+ years of experience in managing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns with proven outcomes. β’ Skilled in persuasive writing aimed at niche consumer groups, preferably homeschooling or parent-centered audiences. β’ Experience in shaping brand identity from the ground up, not just executing within an existing one. β’ Proficiency with CRM, CMS, analytics, and AI content tools; adept at defining and achieving KPIs. β’ Proven ability to work closely with executives and make informed decisions with limited information. Education Requirements β’ Bachelorβs degree in marketing/communications or equivalent experience.
