Job Title: Airbnb Co-Host & Cleaning Contractor (Rogers, AR) Company: WE Clean NWA Location: Rogers, Arkansas Employment Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: • Percentage of booking value per stay • Per-turnover cleaning payment About the Role WE Clean NWA is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Airbnb Co-Host & Cleaning Contractor to manage and clean several short-term rental properties in Rogers. You'll be responsible for everything from ensuring spotless turnovers to communicating with guests and maintaining high hospitality standards. This is a contractor position, ideal for someone who already has experience managing and cleaning Airbnbs or short-term rentals and is comfortable handling daily operations independently. Responsibilities • Perform all cleaning, laundry, and restocking for each turnover • Stage and prepare homes to "guest-ready" condition before check-in • Monitor bookings and coordinate check-ins/check-outs via Airbnb app • Communicate with guests as needed (questions, early check-ins, etc.) • Handle minor issues or maintenance calls (lockouts, supplies, etc.) • Report damages or supply needs promptly • Maintain photo documentation of cleans and property condition • Drive to and from our storage unit where supplies and laundry are set. Requirements • Proven experience cleaning or managing Airbnb/short-term rental properties • High attention to detail and reliability — these are 24/7 operations • Must live within 30 minutes of Rogers, AR • Reliable transportation and smartphone with Airbnb app access • Able to clean quickly and efficiently between guest stays • Must provide own cleaning supplies (or use WE Clean NWA's approved products) • Ability to manage flexible, changing schedules based on bookings Compensation • % of total booking value per property (co-host share) • Flat fee per cleaning/turnover • Performance bonuses for consistent 5-star reviews and quick response times (Exact pay details discussed during interview based on experience and number of properties.)
