Job Description
About Workwarp & Our Vision for the Future Workwarp is a fast‑growing, globally‑distributed technology partner that empowers the world‑leading CRM platform, Salesforce, to deliver unparalleled customer experiences at scale. Our team lives by the belief that business is the greatest platform for positive change . By blending AI, data, and cutting‑edge product‑led growth strategies, we help enterprises across every industry forge deeper, more meaningful relationships with their customers. As a Remote Senior Product Manager you’ll join a community of innovators—called Trailblazers—who are passionate about shaping the future of how companies sell, support, and delight their users. Why This Role Matters The Your Account application is the digital front door that lets Salesforce customers manage subscriptions, make purchases, view invoices, and discover new solutions anytime, anywhere. It plays a critical role in both traditional sales‑led growth—by freeing account executives from routine tasks—and modern product‑led growth—by offering a seamless self‑service channel. As the Product Manager for Product‑Led Growth Services, you will own the product’s roadmap, champion the voice of the customer, and ensure that every release delivers measurable business impact and a world‑class user experience. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy Craft and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with Salesforce’s overall growth objectives. Define short‑term and long‑term goals, translating market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback into actionable strategies. Backlog Management & Sprint Planning Maintain a healthy, well‑groomed backlog of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that reflect stakeholder priorities. Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA leads during sprint planning to ensure realistic commitments. Continuously refine stories based on sprint outcomes, new insights, or shifting business needs. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with cross‑functional teams across the United States and globally—including product, sales, marketing, legal, and support—to gather requirements and validate hypotheses. Serve as the single source of truth for product status, communicating progress, risks, and dependencies transparently. Facilitate regular demos, retrospectives, and roadmap reviews that keep everyone aligned and engaged. Delivery & Quality Assurance Ensure that each release meets defined acceptance criteria, performance benchmarks, and compliance standards. Act as the gatekeeper for feature sign‑off, conducting final reviews and coordinating with Tier‑2 support for any post‑release escalations. Track defect trends and work with engineering to implement preventative measures. Analytics & Continuous Improvement Design and maintain product analytics dashboards (using Tableau, Salesforce Analytics, or similar tools) that surface usage patterns, conversion rates, and revenue impact. Leverage data to identify growth opportunities, inform backlog prioritization, and drive A/B testing initiatives. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for optimization. Customer Advocacy & Community Engagement Monitor the Salesforce customer community for feedback, feature requests, and emerging pain points. Proactively respond to user inquiries, turning insights into product enhancements. Champion the voice of the customer in every decision, ensuring the product remains genuinely user‑centric. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing Create and maintain comprehensive internal documentation, including product requirements, release notes, and support guides. Facilitate knowledge‑transfer sessions for new team members and cross‑functional partners. Essential Qualifications Minimum 6 years of product management experience, preferably within SaaS, e‑commerce, or CRM ecosystems. Demonstrated ability to work with distributed, global teams and translate high‑level business objectives into detailed, actionable user stories. Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at influencing senior stakeholders and articulating complex concepts simply. Proven track record of delivering products that meet or exceed defined business outcomes, with measurable impact on revenue, adoption, or customer satisfaction. Exceptional organizational and prioritization capabilities; comfortable juggling multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
