They are seeking a Manager, Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery to lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives, enhance stakeholder engagement, and drive measurable outcomes across the province. Responsibilities β’ Championing stakeholder engagement by building trusted relationships and creating meaningful opportunities for collaboration across Albertaβs public and private sectors. β’ Leading transformative cybersecurity initiatives that enhance provincial resiliency and reduce risk through strategic partnerships, compliance frameworks, and community programs. β’ Empowering learning and awareness by designing and delivering engaging cybersecurity training tailored to diverse audiences, from government teams to external partners. β’ Driving operational excellence by developing and tracking KPIs that measure program impact, inform decision-making, and continuously improve service delivery. β’ Fostering a culture of innovation and growth by supervising and mentoring a high-performing team, supporting professional development, and promoting Alberta Public Service values. Skills β’ University degree in a related discipline (such as computer science, engineering, public or business administration) or related discipline supplemented by a minimum of 4 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience with stakeholder engagement and program delivery. β’ Experience in program delivery within a public administration context. β’ Knowledge of information security services, cybersecurity tools, and frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, or similar. β’ Experience with cybersecurity awareness and training program development. β’ Experience leading professional staff. β’ Experience developing and writing business reports for executive-level decision makers. β’ Security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CEH, GPEN, or equivalent.
