This position requires up to 80% travel and sometimes involves weekends. Essential Duties And Responsibilities β€’ Establish and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders to drive product adoption and understanding by being an active member of the WMS Change Network. β€’ Co-develop comprehensive test plans with US Foods and partner resources, complete test conditions, and communicate results to project teams and stakeholders β€’ Review functionality in product demos throughout to ensure the value and quality of features β€’ Co-develop comprehensive training guides with US Foods and partner resources and lead operators through training exercises to ensure a sound understanding of new processes and supporting technology β€’ Lead any business or operational readiness tasks (i.e. any advanced process alignment tasks that can be done to get closer to future state now) β€’ Support inventory health and readiness; visual management (adapt signage, labeling); business cut-over planning; serve as a super-user and cut-over agent during go-live; and floor support for end-users β€’ Scout future implementations to proactively understand site-specific challenges and organize feedback on solutions β€’ Lead communication efforts in the field to build positive momentum for the WMS program throughout its lifetime β€’ Share knowledge to develop future implementation leaders, and when needed, serve as a resource to course correct future implementation teams at other sites. β€’ Other duties as assigned by manager Supervision β€’ N/A RELATIONSHIPS β€’ Internal: Business Stakeholders and End Users, IT and Supply Chain Project teams, third party implementation and technology partners, Change Management and Learning & Development WORK ENVIRONMENT β€’ Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment β€’ Up to 40% travel. Minimum Qualifications β€’ 8 years demonstrated experience in supply chain operations and the deep use of core supply chain systems Preferred Qualifications β€’ Prior leadership experience with significant change management responsibilities β€’ Diverse experience with supply chain process design β€’ Deep experience with distribution center processes and supporting systems β€’ Prior experience working with third party solutions EDUCATION β€’ Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience Physical Qualifications β€’ Must be able to perform the following physical activities for described length of time This role will also eligible for an annual incentive bonus of 20%.
