Cisive is a company committed to passion and customer focus, and they are seeking a Global Investigator to support their Global Executive Intelligence division. The investigator will conduct comprehensive due diligence research and public record reviews for various clients, utilizing databases and online information. Responsibilities • Research includes identity verification and a review of federal and state litigation, bankruptcies, liens, judgments, UCC filings, media searches, social media, national, federal/ state regulatory databases, verification of professional licensing, corporate information, and limited partnership filings. • Online due diligence research to include social media, adverse media, websites, and other areas of investigative research. • Composition of individual and corporate research reports according to client specifications based upon results of research. • Assist leadership with the overall management of accounts as needed and requested. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. • Other duties as assigned by senior leadership. Skills • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience or 4+ years of work-related experience recommended. • High degree of analytical skill and demonstrated proficiency in preparing actionable intelligence reports. • Ability to utilize intelligent technology and to adapt to and adopt new and emerging research techniques. • Ability to work independently and develop resolutions to 'road-blocks' encountered during research/investigation. • Ability to discuss research requirements and subsequent results with department leaders. • Strong attention to detail. • Willingness to get involved in a wide range of administrative, research and report writing tasks as required. • Corporate due diligence, compliance, legal and/or regulatory background. • Demonstrated proficiency within ZipCrim. • International experience. • Knowledge of online research databases including Westlaw, LexisNexis or similar databases. • Foreign language skills.
