Krafzen is an AI-powered engineering and design firm delivering advanced CAD, MEP, BIM, and as-built drafting solutions for global clients. They are seeking a Business Development Founding Partner to spearhead client acquisition and growth efforts, focusing on outreach, lead generation, and deal closures within engineering, architecture, and construction sectors. Responsibilities β’ Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients for Krafzenβs CAD, BIM, and AI design services. β’ Identify potential leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and referrals. β’ Conduct sales presentations, demos, and discovery calls with clients globally. β’ Build long-term partnerships with design firms, contractors, and engineering consultancies. β’ Collaborate with leadership to refine pitch materials and growth strategies. β’ Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities and ensure smooth client handoffs to the delivery team. Skills β’ Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in engineering, CAD/BIM, architecture, or SaaS). β’ Strong communication and negotiation skills. β’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor. β’ Ability to operate flexibly across time zones (PST preferred). β’ Entrepreneurial mindset β ready to grow with the company and help shape its global footprint.
