This is a remote position. Employer: Advanced Access Group / Advanced Access Staff Inc. Location: Remote (Canada only) Type: Part-Time (approx. 15 hours per week) Compensation: CAD $27β$30 per hour (based on experience) Advanced Access Group is a multi-brand ecosystem specializing in staffing, immigration, and job skill training across Canada and the United States. Weβre expanding our AI-powered recruitment and assessment system, and weβre seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Canadian Virtual Assistant to help us manage and automate candidate testing through Zoho Recruit and related tools. This is a part-time, ongoing role ideal for someone whoβs comfortable working independently, enjoys structured systems, and understands both people operations and technology workflows. Key Responsibilities β’ Set up and manage candidate assessments inside Zoho Recruit (Aptitude, behavioral, and communication tests) β’ Send and track assessment links for 30β50 candidates weekly β’ Organize candidate records, scores, and progress reports β’ Create and maintain Zoho dashboards / reports β’ Use Zoho Flow or n8n / Make.com to automate steps (send test β capture result β move candidate) β’ Assist in scheduling interviews via Zoho Bookings β’ Maintain a master spreadsheet of candidates and scores β’ Communicate with candidates professionally by email when needed Requirements β’ Located in Canada (required) β’ 1+ year experience with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS/CRM systems β’ Strong understanding of candidate data, pipeline stages, and forms β’ Excellent written communication (English) β’ Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel β’ Familiarity with automation tools (Zoho Flow, n8n, or Make.com) β’ Bonus: experience in recruitment, HR tech, or virtual assistant management Schedule & Hours β’ Approx. 15 hours per week (flexible schedule) β’ Availability for one 30-minute check-in per week via Zoom β’ Long-term potential if performance is consistent and systems are improved Apply tot his job
