ROLE: The Prior Authorization Specialist is responsible for obtaining prior authorizations for ABA therapy services, ensuring all patient information is accurate, and serving as a key liaison between families, providers, and insurance companies. Requirements: Skills: β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail β’ Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization and with families β’ Ability to multi-task and prioritize needs to meet required timelines β’ Adaptable and resourceful; able to troubleshoot using available information β’ Proficient with MS Office and/or Google G-Suite Experience & Education Requirements: β’ 1+ year experience obtaining authorizations in a medical office required. β’ Bachelorβs degree preferred Work Location & Hours: β’ Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week or as business needs dictate) β’ Fully remote Physical Requirements: β’ Ability to sit for up to 80% of the day; intermittent standing, stooping, and bending β’ Manual dexterity for use of computers, tablets, and related tech β’ Capable of processing complex information and acting in a professional, collaborative manner in all scenarios Apply tot his job
