An RN (Registered Nurse) Unit Manager is a leadership role in healthcare settings, typically found in hospitals, nursing homes, or other medical facilities. This individual is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific unit or department, such as a medical-surgical floor, ICU, or rehabilitation unit.
