As the Strategic Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead a team to drive sales growth in the Enterprise segment and play a key role in the training and development of your team. Responsibilities β€’ Manage and coach a team of Strategic Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets into our largest Enterprise prospects. β€’ This leader will forge a path upmarket to build a sales engine that is driving new business consistently, through the implementation of scalable, repeatable, structured systems and processes. β€’ Monitor sales performance: pipeline health, pipeline progression, monthly forecasts, and bookings to ensure quota attainment. β€’ Assist your team throughout their sales cycles, playing an active role to help the team in competing effectively and selling the value of Rippling β€’ Ensure your team maintains accurate and up-to-date sales documentation in SFDC. β€’ Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. β€’ Participate in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members β€’ Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consulting, sales development, implementation, and customer experience teams to ensure successful client engagements, and foster a collaborative culture within the Enterprise organization. β€’ Work closely with Solutions Consulting leadership to work with Rippling’s product and engineering teams to ensure that we are able to provide a winning solution to our prospective customers. As we move up market w/ this team, this could include prioritizing the development of new, native product capabilities. β€’ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings and positioning Rippling effectively in the market. β€’ Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity. β€’ Coordinate enablement sessions that keep you team up to date with the platform and evolving sales processes. Skills β€’ BA/BS Degree required β€’ 3-5 years of experience managing successful SaaS sales teams, with AEs delivering $1M+ in ARR bookings β€’ Proven track record in leading a team of AEs in consistently acquiring new Enterprise customers through outbound prospecting β€’ Able to accurately forecast team performance on a monthly and quarterly time frame β€’ Able to manage develop talent to optimize performance β€’ Motivated with a desire to learn and have a strong work ethic β€’ Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment β€’ Experience selling HCM software and or related products preferred.
