This role is ideal for s and experienced professionals who want to contribute to high-quality coding initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities: • Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate HCC codes. • Ensure compliance with CMS and Medicare Risk Adjustment coding standards. • Collaborate with QA and audit teams to maintain coding quality. • Stay updated with ICD-10-CM guidelines and payer requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: • s & experienced coders welcome. • Active CPC, CCS, or CRC certification. • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and medical terminology. Preferred Skills: • Prior experience in Medicare Risk Adjustment / HCC coding (preferred, not mandatory). • Exceptional attention to detail and coding accuracy. Apply tot his job
