Job Title: Adjunct Nursing Faculty, non-clinical (multiple positions) Job Summary: The School of Nursing and Health Professions seeks to hire part-time (adjunct) faculty to assume teaching responsibilities for nursing and health professions courses. Instructors for nursing courses must hold a California RN License. Full Job Description: The faculty member will assume responsibility and accountability for: • Facilitating student learning • Evaluate student performance; provide frequent student feedback to enable success; provide weekly office hours; documenting student feedback, progress, and grades in the appropriate platforms. • Attending BSN department and Sacramento faculty meetings Minimum Qualifications • Masters degree in nursing or health related field preferred. • Experience in classroom teaching and teaching methods are preferred but not required. • Experience in Medical-Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, Mental Health/Community Nursing & Leadership desired • Other clinical/agency requirements as needed.
