The role involves supporting control assessments, developing automation strategies, and conducting data analysis in the banking and financial services sector. Responsibilities • Support senior team members in assessing the effectiveness and viability of controls. • Assist in the development of automation strategies and implementation plans. • Document control processes and procedures. • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns. • Collaborate with technology and business teams to implement automation solutions. • Support the monitoring and evaluation of automated controls. Skills • Key Skills; Banking/Financial Services, Risk Management/ Risk Analysis, Controls, Data Analysis, Automation, RPA, Jira, Reporting. • 3-5 years of experience in the financial sector, specifically in fraud, disputes, or risk and controls. • 3-5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related field. • Understanding of control design principles and best practices. • Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis. • Good communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Previous banking experience. • Previous risk and control experience. • Must have experience with RPA, JIRA, Reporting skills.
