Hours: Part-Time (Flexible schedule, approximately 15-20 hours per week) Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience $40-$45/hour Job Overview: I am seeking a highly organized and reliable Part-Time Property Manager/Personal Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of multiple properties and provide personal assistance to a busy professional. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle a variety of tasks independently. This role involves a blend of property management and personal assistance duties, requiring a flexible individual who can prioritize multiple responsibilities. The position includes a mix of on-site inspections and remote work, making it essential for the candidate to be local. RESPONSIBILITIES: Property Management: Γ‚β€’ Oversee the maintenance and general upkeep of residential properties, including coordinating repairs, inspections, and services. Γ‚β€’ Respond to owner inquiries and handle communications. Γ‚β€’ Maintain bookkeeping of financials, including rent payments, utilities, and property expenses. Γ‚β€’ Schedule and supervise vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs. Γ‚β€’ Conduct on-site property inspections, ensuring properties meet safety and cleanliness standards. Γ‚β€’ Maintain association records, agendas, meeting minutes, websites, contracts, and insurance paperwork. Personal Assistance: Γ‚β€’ Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Γ‚β€’ Handle personal errands, such as shopping, mail handling, and other tasks as needed. Γ‚β€’ Manage communications, including email correspondence and phone calls. Γ‚β€’ Perform research and provide administrative support for business projects. Qualifications: Γ‚β€’ Previous experience in property management, administrative support, or personal assistance is preferred. Γ‚β€’ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Γ‚β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Γ‚β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with QuickBooks Online and property management software is a plus. Γ‚β€’ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Γ‚β€’ Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle tasks efficiently under pressure.
