About the position This work from home position is in a fast-paced, goal-oriented virtual call center environment. The role primarily involves managing multiple responsibilities related to outbound and inbound customer service and collection calls, with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service, retention, and support. Responsibilities β€’ Contact assigned customers regarding their expired lease agreements. β€’ Secure payment for lease agreements or return of leased products. β€’ Communicate with customers and stores by telephone to determine the reason for overdue payments. β€’ Review terms of sales, service, or lease agreements with customers to resolve nonpayment issues. β€’ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and store team members to reduce losses due to charge-offs or bad debt. β€’ Perform other essential duties as assigned by management. Requirements β€’ High school diploma or GED. β€’ Two years of phone experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred. β€’ First or third-party collections experience helpful, but not required.
