Role Description As a Data Science/Machine Learning Engineer at ICA, you will be at the forefront of applying machine learning techniques to solve complex problems and enhance our products and services. Your role will involve: β’ Developing and implementing machine learning models β’ Collaborating with cross-functional teams β’ Contributing to the advancement of our AI capabilities Qualifications β’ 5+ years of overall professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related field β’ At least 2β3 years of hands-on experience specifically focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and related techniques (e.g., fine-tuning, instruction tuning, prompt engineering) β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field Requirements β’ Coding knowledge and experience with Python β’ Proven ability to use statistical computer languages (Python, R, SQL, etc.) for data manipulation, analysis, and model development β’ Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Llama Index, and/or large-scale training frameworks β’ Familiarity with LLM evaluation, interpretability, and best practices β’ Knowledge of ML and data mining techniques (Regression, Deep Learning, NLP, Time Series Analysis, etc.) β’ Familiarity with AWS services (Athena, S3, Glue, SageMaker, Bedrock) for scalable model development β’ NLP Techniques (NER, Information Extraction, Text Categorization, Document Parsing) β’ Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Benefits β’ 100% employer-paid premiums for health insurance β ICA covers the full cost of one of three offered medical plans β’ Dental Insurance β’ Vision insurance β’ Health Spending Account β’ Flexible Spending Account β’ Life and Disability insurance β’ 401(k) plan with company match β’ Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays) β’ Education and Professional Development Assistance β’ Remote work from anywhere within the continental United States Apply tot his job
